Manchester, UK. I started at 19 in Manchester as a founding member of Social Chain, building the creator marketing business from the ground up, pitching and producing branded content campaigns for Apple, Disney, McDonald's, the BBC, Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox, MTV, ASOS, and Boohoo.
Team 10 — Chief Operating Officer (2016–2018)
West Hollywood, California. At 21, moved to LA as COO. Led operations and commercial strategy across content, music, touring, and consumer products. Negotiated deals and partnerships that scaled the collective to 100M+ fans, 500M+ monthly views, platinum-selling music, sold-out products, and sold-out live shows. Roster included Jake Paul, Tessa Brooks, Alissa Violet, Emilio Martinez, Ivan Martinez, the Dobre Twins, Erika Costell, AJ Mitchell, Alex Lange, Neels Visser, Chance Sutton, and Anthony Trujillo.
Universal Music Group — VP, Commercial, Content & Artist Strategy (2018–2023)
Santa Monica, California. At 23, joined UMG as VP, Commercial, Content & Artist Strategy. Over five years, led global content strategy, platform partnerships, and commercial initiatives across UMG's labels and artists, contributing to record-breaking projects for Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, The Weeknd, BLACKPINK, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, The Beatles, and Queen. That included rolling out content funds, livestreaming strategies, release plans, shoppable content, and working directly with YouTube and TikTok to onboard artists and ship new features and tools globally.

Los Angeles, California. At 28, founded SIX3SIX. We build iconic brands, generational talent, and culture-shaping IP. Took recording artist Elliot James Reay from independent to 250 million streams, six million followers, and partnerships with Interscope, EMI, WME, and Warner Chappell in 18 months. Sold-out headline shows and supported a world arena tour.
